Heather Smith

Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Heather began her dance training at Augusta West Dance Studio at the age of three. She began competing at local and national levels at the age of nine and began teaching at the age of fifteen. She has studied tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern and musical theater. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a minor in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. She has performed at Broadway Dance Center in New York City and assisted teachers on the Dance Makers, Inc. convention circuit. Heather moved to California after high school to perform with The Young Americans National Music Outreach Tour. She also assisted for the Radio City Rockettes Summer intensive held in Long Beach. She performed for The Disneyland Resort in numerous parades and shows including “Fantasmic” and “Electrical Parade”.

She has choreographed for the Woodbridge High School show choir and her work can currently be seen in musicals for the choir department at Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Santa Ana.
