Cortnee Wilson

Instructor

Born and raised in Orange County, Cortnee began dancing when she was only three years old at Pacific Dance. Later she moved to Orange County Performing Arts Academy competing in a variety of styles, such as Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, and HipHop. While dancing at her home studio, she was also on the varsity cheer team at Irvine High School. Throughout her dance career she was a traveling dance assistant, worked with numerous well-known choreographers, and also appeared on Season 2 of World of Dance with the dance group, QuadSquad, making it through round 3 of 5.

Cortnee then committed to Washington State University as a Crimson Girl where she performed as a Division I athlete at a PAC-12 College, winning 2nd place at UDA Nationals in Game Day. Since then, Cortnee has started her pilates certification program and is currently working as an events coordinator for Dance Worship Company while teaching part-time at FOCUS. She is happy to continue her dance journey at FOCUS and share her passion and love for dance.
