Instructor
Since the age of six, Mariel Cornel has been dancing competitively in jazz, ballet and hip hop. Mariel has continued to excel throughout her adulthood competing on several dance teams, including Emanon, The Neighborhood, and is currently on Team Ferosha and The Bangtan Buds.
Mariel has earned first place in multiple competitions while officially being recognized by the City of Oxnard. Mariel is also a well-decorated 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo and has experience in weaponry, Krav Maga, Hapkido, Judo and Jiu Jitsu.
Now as a full-time professional dancer, Mariel teaches across Southern California and has choreographed for independent artists Kazi and Hyra. Mariel has also toured with Telemundo-featured comedian, Mario Aguilar and was a featured dancer for Gerard Flores and 88 Rising.
